The hire charge includes:
- Internet access: please discuss your requirements
- Respondent reception room with coffee or tea (if required)
- Client viewing room with large one-way mirror and audio relay
- Comfortable discussion room
- VHS or DVD playback facility
- Setting up and closing down time: 30 minutes either side of the groups
- Audio recording
- A hostess to ensure everything runs smoothly for you, your client(s) and respondents throughout the groups
